About Your Bill
Your bill is divided into two sections, the upper half details your account and usage information. The lower half is the remittance section of the bill. The upper half of your bill is broken up into three areas. The upper section is the account information as well as the service location information, a message area is included and will occasionally have a message.
Below the message area is the meter read area. This area will contain detailed meter information along with the actual reading values and dates of reads. The lower left area holds the historical usage graph, and the lower right area contains the explanation of charges.
This area is the account information area. There are two sides to this area, with the left side containing the service address, statement number, account number, statement date and the due date. The right half contains a breakdown of the charges.
This section has three areas. The upper section contains the meter reading summary. It includes the service period, the number of days, previous and current usage reading, along with the total consumption for that period. The lower left side displays the historical usage for this location. The right side breaks down the usage and amounts charged for each line item.
