There are 3 ways to establish your FKAA residential account.
Electronically: Download and complete the application, then mail, fax or scan and email the completed application and required deposit to one of our customer service representatives.
In Person: Visit one of our 3 conveniently located area customer service offices in Tavernier, Marathon or Key West.
By Mail: Simply write or call us and we will send you all of the information that you will need.
Deposits and Service Fee
The residential deposit is $90 and there is a $20 Service Fee to connect or transfer your residential service.
If you live in one of our wastewater districts (Bay Point, Conch Key, Duck Key, and Layton), there is an additional deposit of $120.
For commercial or multi-unit residential accounts, deposit and information requirements may be slightly different. Please contact one of our Customer Service offices or email info@fkaa.com.
The FKAA offers a Good Credit Refund for customer with excellent payment records after 3 or more years of service. Simply make a request for your refund in writing to your area office or via email at info@fkaa.com.
