There are 4 ways to establish your FKAA residential account.

Electronically: Please email your contact information and the property address to info@fkaa.com.

By Telephone: Please call our talented professionals in the Call Center during normal business hours at 305.296.2454 and we will handle your request promptly!

In Person: Visit one of our 3 conveniently located area customer service offices in Tavernier, Marathon or Key West.

By Mail: Simply mail us your contact information and property address and we will follow up with you on any additional information we need to establish your account.

Deposits and Service Fee

The residential deposit is typically $90.

Your deposit may be waived or returned if you sign up for AutoPay with your credit card or bank account.

Deposits are based on meter size so check with your customer service professional is you have any questions.

For commercial or multi-unit residential accounts, deposit and information requirements may be slightly different. Please contact one of our Customer Service offices or email info@fkaa.com.

There is a $20 Service Fee to connect or transfer service.

The FKAA offers a Good Credit Refund for customer with excellent payment records after 3 or more years of service. Simply make a request for your refund in writing or by email to your area office or via email at info@fkaa.com.
